In the 4th minute Gordon Froggatt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ben McCrae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 9 minutes, Harry McCaishe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Auchterarder Raiders's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry McCaishe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ace fc's Brendon Denham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry McCaishe in the 11th minute of play. Brendon Denham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andy Cullen in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Ace fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ozzy Gildea to maneuver through the defense. Harry McCaishe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Harry McCaishe took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Brendon Denham to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Ace fc's Benjamin Swain got a free kick in the 19th minute. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Harry McCaishe took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Brendon Denham to make any attempt to save it. 29 minutes into the match, Auchterarder Raiders's goal looked a bit too open when Gordon Froggatt came free, but Ben McCrae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Auchterarder Raiders fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Auchterarder Raiders's Harry McCaishe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Harry McCaishe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendon Denham having to interfere. When Graeme McGaw fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Auchterarder Raiders's protests and gave Graeme McGaw a yellow card for diving instead. Graeme McGaw kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Ace fc got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Boyd. Auchterarder Raiders's Harry McCaishe got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The audience was convinced that Gordon Froggatt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ben McCrae was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, one of Auchterarder Raiders:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Auchterarder Raiders. 66 minutes into the match, Ace fc's goal looked a bit too open when Harry McCaishe came free, but Brendon Denham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Auchterarder Raiders's Eddie McLaverty was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Brendon Denham in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Matt McCartney took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Brendon Denham. Ace fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Brendon Denham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie McLaverty, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Brendon Denham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry McCaishe in the 77th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Ace fc got a freekick which was hit by Ozzy Gildea. Quentin Swanson's late challenge caught a Auchterarder Raiders's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quentin Swanson helped the player get up and apologised. 92 minutes into the match, Auchterarder Raiders's Eddie McLaverty broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Gordon Froggatt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Auchterarder Raiders fully deserved thier win.
