Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Heli in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Falco Pruischer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the game, Gayle Leto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Falco Pruischer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute, Tor-Egil Gjertsen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Atletic Club Araucaria's Abdul Majid Awat didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wen Bo Yang in the 35th minute of play forced Atletic Club Araucaria's goalkeeper Abdul Majid Awat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdul Majid Awat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Volponi in the 36th minute of the match.
