The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Celal Oğurata kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naim Ökmen in the 4th minute of play forced PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Dionisio Raphael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Micarelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Aydemir Okyar made a huge save. 7 minutes into the match, Cappadocia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Josefsson came free, but Aydemir Okyar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Naim Ökmen took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dionisio Raphael. Dionisio Raphael dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Cappadocia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Josefsson came free, but Aydemir Okyar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celal Oğurata hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Aydemir Okyar made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Alvaro Micarelli sent off a good shot on target. Aydemir Okyar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo José de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Aydemir Okyar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Micarelli. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Micarelli got free with Aydemir Okyar in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Cappadocia FC's Celal Oğurata got a free kick in the 34th minute. Aydemir Okyar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Josefsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aydemir Okyar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Josefsson in the 38th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvaro Micarelli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aydemir Okyar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Micarelli in the 51st minute of play. When Sarper Cesman fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cappadocia FC's protests and gave Sarper Cesman a yellow card for diving instead. Sarper Cesman hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Filip Josefsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aydemir Okyar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo José de Carvalho in the 64th minute of play forced Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Aydemir Okyar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Paulo José de Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cappadocia FC's Aydemir Okyar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cappadocia FC's Aydemir Okyar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Micarelli in the 74th minute of play.
