With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudemiro Lamego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th match minute, Rosmaninhal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hildeberto Freire to maneuver through the defense. Allan Collin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 11 played minutes Rosmaninhal FC got a freekick which was hit by Hildeberto Freire. After a rather tough play, Warriors's Andy Sandwall got a free kick in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aloísio Barata in the 21st minute of play forced Warriors's goalkeeper Sverker Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes, Ingmar Hjeltman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warriors and the Rosmaninhal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Hjeltman. If Karl-Axel Haström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Warriors's Claudemiro Lamego threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Allan Collin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Baltasar Fontoura kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Fernkvist. Aloísio Barata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sverker Åberg having to interfere. Karl-Axel Haström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudemiro Lamego having to interfere. Warriors's Sverker Åberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Lessa in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Baltasar Fontoura got his second yellow card in the match during the 50th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Rosmaninhal FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Baltasar Fontoura hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, Warriors's Kennet Olofsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Karl-Axel Haström took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudemiro Lamego. Claudemiro Lamego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 89 minutes of play Warriors's Ingmar Hjeltman was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The Warriors fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rosmaninhal FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
