Dinu Potra started the match with the kick off. Mugur Chiriac struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Erdi Bender didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ares FC -MM-. DELUX's Erdi Bender played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baal Ares in the 6th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as DELUX's Dominik Szoboszlai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luca Jivulescu. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. In the 9th minute, Baal Ares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tzanyo Barbutski shot from long distance after 11 played minutes, a shot that Luca Jivulescu with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mao Bin Ao in the 12th minute of play forced DELUX's goalkeeper Erdi Bender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ares FC -MM-'s Baal Ares in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DELUX's goalie prevented a goal. Luca Jivulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Potra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baal Ares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erdi Bender read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Luca Jivulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tzanyo Barbutski in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baal Ares in the 27th minute of play forced DELUX's goalkeeper Erdi Bender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Baal Ares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erdi Bender. DELUX's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baal Ares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Baal Ares struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. A wasted opportunity for Ares FC -MM-. 43 minutes in the game Jean Bousquet did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dinu Potra. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baal Ares in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erdi Bender prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Potra in the 51st minute of play forced Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Luca Jivulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baal Ares scored 1-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erdi Bender, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 55 minutes into the game, Ares FC -MM-'s Baal Ares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erdi Bender made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Dominik Szoboszlai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luca Jivulescu having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Dinu Potra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Jivulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baal Ares in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erdi Bender saved DELUX from getting behind. With his leg Erdi Bender managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Ares FC -MM-'s Baal Ares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the DELUX defense, Baal Ares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erdi Bender. The DELUX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erdi Bender should have stopped the shot. Luca Jivulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Potra in the 85th minute of play. Luca Jivulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lachezar Túrpomanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Erdi Bender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baal Ares in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by DELUX's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karadeniz Otay was slow to take the kick. During this time Ares FC -MM-'s players had a chance to rest. Pete Wray made a great header on Ares FC -MM-'s corner, it was just that DELUX's Erdi Bender managed to reach the ball for a save. Luca Jivulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Potra in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Baal Ares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdi Bender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Ares FC -MM- could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than DELUX throughout the match.
