In the 40thth minute of the game Rolando Roncesvalles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Balvanera's Omar Lauren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eusebio Ecija could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Jacobo Autran made a huge save. Spor Las Huevas were furious when Zoilo Hoz was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Spor Las Huevas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristiano Graziano to strike the kick off in the second half. Omar Lauren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bilbo Bermudez in the 63rd minute. Jacobo Autran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pierrot Uyttebroeck went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. After 77 minutes of play, Deportivo Balvanera's Cristiano Graziano made it 6-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Autran was left in no man's land by his defense there! 83 minutes into the match, Deportivo Balvanera's Natalio Martino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Autran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Erez Negrini in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deportivo Balvanera's Everardo Cordero. In the 87th minute, Carlo Citrullo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Till Slesinski struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Jacobo Autran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Balvanera. 94 minutes into the match, Spor Las Huevas's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Erroman came free, but Jacobo Autran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Till Slesinski kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Deportivo Balvanera fully deserved thier win.
