Romaveros FC's Onofre Liaño proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Romaveros FC from getting a goal against them. Aquiles Bonifaco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Onofre Liaño made a huge save. After 18 played minutes Romaveros FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Dorronsoro. 23 minutes into the game, Romaveros FC's Mouricio Herencia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amancio Medero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Eduardo Dorronsoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Romaveros FC's Onofre Liaño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Dolfos in the 51st minute of play. Maurino Bartolome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Medero having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Aquiles Bonifaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 58th minute, but Amancio Medero got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Talita FC hanging dry this time. A collision led to Romaveros FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Eduardo Dorronsoro hit a great ball. In the 60th minute of the match Blas Piarres sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Onofre Liaño skillfully saved the ball. If Yaniusky Mercadillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leandro Mundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Amancio Medero as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Maximo Darien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. Onofre Liaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Dolfos, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Mouricio Herencia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Medero having to interfere.
