Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Selatse Guijano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Carqueja getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Uzuri Zamarripa hit a great ball. Prospero Astigar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Selatse Guijano. Carqueja's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half Carqueja were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dantel Villatoro made a kick off. In the 55th minute, James Lucena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Talleres FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Lambis Mavros scored to the left of an out of position Denis Haitz, making the score, 2-3. 75 minutes into the game, Mogel Izcaray threw the ball into play from the sideline. Talleres FC's Maximo Ilazki quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Denis Haitz was a little too slow when Dantel Villatoro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 2-4. Denis Haitz made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Lambis Mavros sent off a good shot on target. Leopoldo Benavidez took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denis Haitz. Denis Haitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Denis Haitz was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Leopoldo Benavidez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leopoldo Benavidez really showed his touch with that goal: 2-6. After 91 played minutes Talleres FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Mota. Dantel Villatoro took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denis Haitz. Denis Haitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-7. When the final whistle sounded Carqueja left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Talleres FC.
