Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Björklund in the 87th minute of play. Morro Grande E.C's Hélder Velasco got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Hélder Velasco off the ground. Hélder Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to Morro Grande E.C getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Hélder Velasco hit a great ball. Gláuber Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joakim Björklund in the 91st minute of play. After 92 played minutes Morro Grande E.C got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Soeiro. Lennart Abrahamsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gláuber Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Team Rocco fully deserved thier win.
