Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) Enrique Valladares started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pegaso's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. John Weeke was slow to take the kick. During this time Scarlet Speedster's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in John Weeke almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pegaso's Isidro Chuan did a great save. Isidro Chuan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelo Di Maria went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Neto in the 10th minute of play forced Scarlet Speedster's goalkeeper Claudinho Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Scarlet Speedster's Claudinho Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Neto in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pegaso's Clodoveo Neto got a free kick in the 15th minute. Isidro Chuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. When Arnoldo Tibalt fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pegaso's protests and gave Arnoldo Tibalt a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pegaso fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! A nice corner shot did that Jonas Moreira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isidro Chuan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Iosif Cutieru came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Claudinho Figueiredo could save by the left post. The supporters of Scarlet Speedster booed when Pegaso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Arnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Jonas Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scarlet Speedster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Moreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Clodoveo Neto, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 40 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Claudinho Figueiredo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Isidro Chuan came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Scarlet Speedster's Angelo Di Maria. But to his dismay, Angelo Di Maria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clodoveo Neto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Angelo Di Maria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Chuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Enrique Valladares notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Pegaso's Isidro Chuan. Isidro Chuan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelo Di Maria took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidro Chuan. Isidro Chuan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The audience was convinced that Angelo Di Maria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidro Chuan was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Pegaso's Arnoldo Tibalt got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Arnoldo Tibalt off the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pegaso fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! 73 minutes into the match, John Weeke notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Pegaso's Isidro Chuan. Isidro Chuan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isidro Chuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Weeke in the 76th minute of the match. Arnaldo Arnas kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Clodoveo Neto hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the game, Abel Capixaba threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pegaso's Isaias Ur quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Di Maria got free with Isidro Chuan in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 92 played minutes Pegaso got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Nevada. Enrique Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Isidro Chuan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the final whistle sounded Scarlet Speedster left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pegaso.
