Gilberto Sandoval hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Marcus Edström made the kick off in the second half. 温烨建 came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Yan Zhi Chuan. But to his dismay, Yan Zhi Chuan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 57 minutes of play, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Yan Zhi Chuan made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 温烨建 was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute Yan Zhi Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 温烨建 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 温烨建 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trayko Gradinarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yan Zhi Chuan scored 6-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 温烨建, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the game, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Yan Zhi Chuan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 温烨建 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 85 minutes into the game, Yan Zhi Chuan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. 温烨建 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th minute, Yan Zhi Chuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportes Santa Cruz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. After 92nd play minutes Marcus Edström shot 11-0, a short shot which went by 温烨建 and just under the crossbar into goal. Club Deportes Santa Cruz walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
