The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Kwaski Sandomierz getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Lucjan Borucki hit a great ball. In the 11th match minute, union española s.a. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenón Venezian to maneuver through the defense. Gregorio Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waclaw Pstrongowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zenón Venezian kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Gregorio Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Zaremba, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 20 minutes into the match, union española s.a.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Zaremba came free, but Gregorio Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernán Makaus kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Kwaski Sandomierz booed when union española s.a. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernán Makaus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregorio Pinto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Milosz Gacki's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, union española s.a.'s goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Gacki came free, but Gregorio Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Lucjan Borucki fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kwaski Sandomierz's protests and gave Lucjan Borucki a yellow card for diving instead. union española s.a. made a substitution. Hernán Gamboa replaced Fulgencio Serrano. After 40 played minutes Kwaski Sandomierz got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Borucki. Gregorio Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedykt Zaremba in the 44th minute of the match. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Carlos José Vega made the kick off in the second half. Gregorio Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Gacki in the 56th minute of play. Waclaw Pstrongowski took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Pinto. Gregorio Pinto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 72nd minute, Kwaski Sandomierz's Milosz Gacki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gregorio Pinto. Gregorio Pinto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Hernán Makaus put in a rough tackle. Zenon Trzemzalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 minutes, Eulalio Sudi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the union española s.a. and the Kwaski Sandomierz players grew even worse after the yellow card. union española s.a.'s Gregorio Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Zaremba in the 85th minute of play. Gregorio Pinto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedykt Zaremba went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Gregorio Pinto made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Milosz Gacki sent off a good shot on target. Zenón Venezian's late challenge caught a Kwaski Sandomierz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zenón Venezian helped the player get up and apologised. Zenón Venezian hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Kwaski Sandomierz's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
