George Pearch started the match with the kick off. After 6 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by John Peacock. 14 minutes into the match, Juventus Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when George Pearch came free, but Di Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Di Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Pearch in the 20th minute of play. After 22 minutes, Arkadiusz Penc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juventus Football Club and the Leicester Lions players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arkadiusz Penc kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Juventus Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when George Pearch came free, but Di Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Callum Barratt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Kostka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute George Pearch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute Glyn Everard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Zoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Qiu De Wen. A throw-in in the 44th minute of the game was made by Qiu De Wen with John Peacock as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 45th minute Teobald Kostka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Callum Barratt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Juventus Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Glyn Everard came free, but Di Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teobald Kostka was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, George Pearch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Di Zoff was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Callum Barratt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Kostka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Teobald Kostka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Callum Barratt. Leicester Lions's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teobald Kostka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Di Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mike Wadham, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Arkadiusz Penc kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. George Pearch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Di Zoff made a huge save. A collision led to Juventus Football Club getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Tytus Grabski hit a great ball. Leicester Lions's Jack Sharp couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Juventus Football Club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Podolski in the 78th minute of play forced Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Callum Barratt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Callum Barratt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobald Kostka in the 80th minute of play. George Pearch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Di Zoff having to interfere. When George Pearch came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Leicester Lions fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Pearch couldn't finish the play. Leicester Lions's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Juventus Football Club had won, even though Leicester Lions had held more of the ball.
