Yong Pool hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Apolo Quentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Orlando Crain could save by the left post. Orlando Crain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Maiorga in the 12th minute of the match. The throw-in from Victorino Pierres in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hurricanes FC's Cesaire Leslie. In the 20th minute, Bruno Maiorga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orlando Crain was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to FC Kopenalguen getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Bruno Maiorga hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the game, Apolo Quentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Orlando Crain was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Hurricanes FC defense, Bruno Maiorga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orlando Crain. The Hurricanes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orlando Crain should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Hurricanes FC's Orlando Crain got control of the ball when Bruno Maiorga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 39 played minutes FC Kopenalguen got a freekick which was hit by Albano Betadur. In the 40th match minute, Hurricanes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curtis Marin to maneuver through the defense. Orlando Crain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Quentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 47 minutes of play, FC Kopenalguen's Bruno Maiorga made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Crain was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Curtis Marin made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Celedonio Orixe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orlando Crain was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After having played for 61 minutes, Apolo Quentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Kopenalguen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Quentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hurricanes FC! In the 64th minute, David Bizi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orlando Crain was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 67 minutes into the game, Yong Pool was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hurricanes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Kopenalguen the free kick. A collision led to Hurricanes FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Yong Pool hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apolo Quentin in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Hurricanes FC's Orlando Crain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Maiorga in the 78th minute of play. Orlando Crain came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kopenalguen's Celedonio Orixe. But to his dismay, Celedonio Orixe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Quentin in the 85th minute of play forced Hurricanes FC's goalkeeper Orlando Crain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Crain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Quentin in the 87th minute of play. Bruno Maiorga took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Crain. Orlando Crain dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Quentin in the 92nd minute of play forced Hurricanes FC's goalkeeper Orlando Crain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Hurricanes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Quentin came free, but Orlando Crain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Albano Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Crain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Hurricanes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Quentin came free, but Orlando Crain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Kopenalguen walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
