With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelino Ferrando in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guaberto Odol saved Nippur de Lagash 2 from getting behind. Mariano Balesio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Segio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, ATLETICO TOSODELMA's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Segio came free, but Mariano Balesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudio Jakobe hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes Nippur de Lagash 2 got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Salbatore. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by ATLETICO TOSODELMA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelino Ferrando to strike the kick off in the second half. If Clemente Ciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 played minutes Nippur de Lagash 2 got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Panfilo. After 57 minutes of play, ATLETICO TOSODELMA's Domingo Larra made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guaberto Odol was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Clemente Ciano came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Nippur de Lagash 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Ciano couldn't finish the play. Nippur de Lagash 2's Clemente Ciano was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Marcelino Ferrando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ATLETICO TOSODELMA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nippur de Lagash 2 the free kick. After a rather tough play, ATLETICO TOSODELMA's Marcelino Ferrando got a free kick in the 88th minute. Mariano Balesio made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Tomás Segio sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Nippur de Lagash 2 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ATLETICO TOSODELMA throughout the match.
