Sebastian Ongile started the match with the kick off. Victorino Leoiar charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorino Leoiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Victorino Leoiar kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, LEBRON's goal looked a bit too open when Russ Thorne came free, but Aquilino Eron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosmos Soccer Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cyrus Crouch in the 13th minute. The corner led Cosmos Soccer Club's Cyrus Crouch to fire away a dangerous shot which Aquilino Eron despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claude Tuttle during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cosmos Soccer Club getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Claude Tuttle hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Ongile in the 20th minute of play forced Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Bruce Nesbitt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquilino Eron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Willingham, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Aquilino Eron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cyrus Crouch in the 25th minute. Bruce Nesbitt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Urtzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Cecilio Louis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 minutes of play, LEBRON's Sebastian Ongile made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruce Nesbitt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruce Nesbitt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Ongile, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Candido Eztebe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruce Nesbitt was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. LEBRON's Sebastian Ongile got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyrus Crouch made a kick off. Aquilino Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Willingham in the 55th minute of the match. Candido Eztebe took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruce Nesbitt. Bruce Nesbitt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. After 65 played minutes LEBRON got a freekick which was hit by Santo Urtzi. Marcus Maher kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Bruce Nesbitt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Eztebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Maher's late challenge caught a LEBRON's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcus Maher helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of LEBRON booed when Cosmos Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Maher didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Sebastian Ongile who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosmos Soccer Club's Bruce Nesbitt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruce Nesbitt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Ongile in the 73rd minute. In the 75th match minute, Cosmos Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franklin Willingham to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cosmos Soccer Club booed when LEBRON was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Leoiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Sebastian Ongile dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruce Nesbitt, 2-6. LEBRON's Aquilino Eron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyrus Crouch in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Russ Thorne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Eron was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-6. Aquilino Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Willingham in the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of LEBRON booed when Cosmos Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyrus Crouch didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 minutes, Sebastian Ongile mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LEBRON and the Cosmos Soccer Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cirilo Mogel lost his temper 94 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 93 minutes into the game, one of LEBRON:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. LEBRON:s Aquilino Eron showed great skill when he stopped Cyrus Crouch:s penalty. When Santo Urtzi fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LEBRON's protests and gave Santo Urtzi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Santo Urtzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 98 played minutes, Cosmos Soccer Club's Marcus Maher shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aquilino Eron came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cosmos Soccer Club reached it. LEBRON's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
