La Maquina Retorna 【LBF】's Samuel Grabiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Åke Dahlberg in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Golden Lions FC's zone, Benjamin Norino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Axelsson came out of the goal and Benjamin Norino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Benjamin Norino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Axelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bengt-Åke Dahlberg in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Grabiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. La Maquina Retorna 【LBF】 were furious when Hector Olentzaro was red carded, 33 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 33rd minute, one of La Maquina Retorna 【LBF】:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Maquina Retorna 【LBF】. The goalkeeper, Samuel Grabiel, was totally fooled by Golden Lions FC's Sven Lind, who 35 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ingvar Sundström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Samuel Grabiel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Bengt-Åke Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingvar Sundström in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Grabiel saved La Maquina Retorna 【LBF】 from getting behind. After having played for 46 minutes, Ingvar Sundström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Lions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingvar Sundström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When Ingvar Sundström came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Golden Lions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Sundström couldn't finish the play. Samuel Grabiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Samuel Grabiel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Bengt-Åke Dahlberg took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Grabiel. Samuel Grabiel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Samuel Grabiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Sundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt-Åke Dahlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Grabiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Sundström in the 91st minute of play. Samuel Grabiel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingvar Sundström's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Svante Sigman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Grabiel was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Golden Lions FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
