Spectators: 8017 (Terracing: 6015, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Efrain Cordearo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Roderigo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Etxepare in the 4th minute of play forced Acratas Unidos's goalkeeper Martin Mele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, San Lorenzo de Sarandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Paio to maneuver through the defense. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Oscar Passet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Filipo in the 9th minute of play. If Amancio Odilon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prudencio Roderigo charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prudencio Roderigo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Roderigo. Martin Mele didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roque Errando went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Martin Mele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Paio in the 18th minute of play. After 22 minutes of play, Acratas Unidos's Rolando Medina made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Passet was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Aristides Dayam got a free kick in the 27th minute. Fermin Paio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 42 played minutes San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Calvino. After a rather tough play, Acratas Unidos's Ramiro Domeka got a free kick in the 45th minute. Florentino Etxepare, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fermin Paio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 48thth minute tested the skills of Martin Mele when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

The supporters of San Lorenzo de Sarandi booed when Acratas Unidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Oihan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Acratas Unidos's goalkeeper Martin Mele, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Oscar Passet got control of the ball when Efrain Cordearo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Efrain Cordearo in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Passet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Erasmo Oihan came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Acratas Unidos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Oihan couldn't finish the play. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Nicanor Florian was substituted for Anacleto Urtzi. In the 77th minute, Nicanor Florian made a precise shot to the right of Martin Mele. Acratas Unidos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When Natalio Calvino fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Lorenzo de Sarandi's protests and gave Natalio Calvino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th match minute, San Lorenzo de Sarandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Calvino to maneuver through the defense.
