The supporters of MAZER SAF booed when Xentrias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Öberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Xentrias's zone, Ángel Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Jakobsson came out of the goal and Ángel Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matheus Donelli made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Pelle Rudqvist sent off a good shot on target. 8 minutes into the match, Xentrias's goal looked a bit too open when Ángel Romero came free, but Gunnar Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led MAZER SAF's Bernardinho Cunha to fire away a dangerous shot which Gunnar Jakobsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Joélson Coutinho hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 24 played minutes Xentrias got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Ek. When Pelle Rudqvist came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Xentrias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pelle Rudqvist couldn't finish the play. Gunnar Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ángel Romero in the 30th minute of the match. MAZER SAF's Matheus Donelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save MAZER SAF from getting a goal against them. After 33 played minutes Xentrias got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Kullgren. In the 34th minute of the match Bernardinho Cunha sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gunnar Jakobsson skillfully saved the ball. Morgan Ek was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the game, Ian Nordlander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xentrias's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAZER SAF the free kick. Gunnar Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Cunha in the 61st minute of play. Matheus Donelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pelle Rudqvist went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Matheus Donelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pelle Rudqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Göran Lidman's late challenge caught a MAZER SAF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Göran Lidman helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Xentrias's Göran Lidman got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Cafu Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute.
