Jess Johnson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Wozniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, La masia's Jan-Pieter Haelemans seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jan-Pieter Haelemans the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of La masia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jan-Pieter Haelemans had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Jan-Pieter Haelemans hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. La masia's Maximino Cesario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save La masia from getting a goal against them. Gogo Florinio scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Cesario, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wes Lieckens in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jess Johnson saved Colosos Afc from getting behind. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind La masia's goalkeeper Maximino Cesario, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gogo Florinio in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maximino Cesario, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kent Stuckens made a great header on La masia's corner, it was just that Colosos Afc's Jess Johnson managed to reach the ball for a save. Youri Horemans helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Youri Horemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximino Cesario was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Gogo Florinio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gogo Florinio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Wes Lieckens put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jess Johnson. 81 minutes into the match, La masia's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Florinio came free, but Maximino Cesario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La masia's Sam Hartlang got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Colosos Afc's Haroldo Dolfos was substituted for Dante Faron. In the 90th minute Paulinho da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Cesario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Paulinho da Silva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Cesario was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. If Paulinho da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Colosos Afc fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Colosos Afc's Paulinho da Silva looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Colosos Afc fully deserved thier win.
