Morgan Vassenius hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Morgan Vassenius fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Samurai's protests and gave Morgan Vassenius a yellow card for diving instead. Wargön's Gabriel Carlsson was substituted for Bayan Baye. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Liberatore got free with Vince Di Cola in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Samurai's Vince Di Cola got control of the ball when Mikael Liberatore tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mikael Liberatore to strike the kick off in the second half. Wu Qi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sören Tunberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play.
