Beto Márcico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Anselmo Feliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Gumaro in the 11th minute of play forced Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goalkeeper Pablo Lohitzun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Pablo Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Gumaro in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Ilulea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigiusz Bronicki to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Lohitzun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Jerrald, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Viktor Häger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beto Márcico struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Anselmo Feliz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asesinos Por Naturaleza. In the 30th minute, Jonatan Benino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Lohitzun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viktor Häger went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Beto Márcico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's supporters rose to their feet, but Beto Márcico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Feliz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Higinio Malvin hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beto Márcico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Beto Márcico came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Asesinos Por Naturaleza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beto Márcico couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the match, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goalkeeper Pablo Lohitzun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonatan Benino. Beto Márcico might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmo Feliz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Beto Márcico ran back to his position shaking his head. Higinio Malvin kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Ilulea FC's Gaudencio Herrera was substituted for Remigiusz Bronicki. In the 63rd minute, Higinio Malvin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilulea FC were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Asesinos Por Naturaleza's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaston Jerrald took the corner. The corner led Ilulea FC's Gaston Jerrald to fire away a dangerous shot which Pablo Lohitzun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Ediberto Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Asesinos Por Naturaleza booed when Ilulea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Gumaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ilulea FC's Higinio Malvin got a free kick in the 76th minute. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Beto Márcico got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ediberto Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Feliz having to interfere. Rafael Bemabe's late challenge caught a Ilulea FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Bemabe helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ilulea FC booed when Asesinos Por Naturaleza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Bemabe didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Häger in the 95th minute of play forced Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goalkeeper Pablo Lohitzun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Ilulea FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ilulea FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
