Real Ayuntamiento CF's Fidel Monte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Rolado in the 4th minute of play. Marcos Charro struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Fidel Monte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riesgo Cero. Tomás Quentin hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Teobaldo Maore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustino Frichoso in the 14th minute. With a little luck, Riesgo Cero's Teobaldo Maore got control of the ball when Faustino Frichoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Frichoso in the 17th minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Teobaldo Maore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Real Ayuntamiento CF's Saverio Cordeiro got a free kick in the 20th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eloy Sidro was the one to do the kick off. Teobaldo Maore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Frichoso in the 55th minute of play. Eloy Sidro scored 1-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teobaldo Maore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fidel Monte made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Rosendo Irrintzi sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Ayuntamiento CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rosendo Irrintzi was slow to take the kick. During this time Riesgo Cero's players had a chance to rest. Gualterio Pinto was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Riesgo Cero's Teobaldo Maore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Cordeiro in the 66th minute of play. Teobaldo Maore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Cordeiro in the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Riesgo Cero's Marcos Charro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eloy Sidro in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teobaldo Maore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, Faustino Frichoso notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Riesgo Cero's Teobaldo Maore. Teobaldo Maore was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Riesgo Cero's Teobaldo Maore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Cordeiro in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rosendo Irrintzi got free with Fidel Monte in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the Real Ayuntamiento CF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
