The audience thought a goal was coming when William Troncoso got free with Theobald Manjon in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luis Ibarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Saad in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhuo Chao Chuan in the 11th minute of play forced Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Luis Ibarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes of play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Zhuo Chao Chuan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luis Ibarra was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zhuo Chao Chuan came free, but Luis Ibarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Theobald Manjon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvadore Abaunza in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the match, CE LAJEADENSE RS's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Abenda came free, but Theobald Manjon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Zhuo Chao Chuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CE LAJEADENSE RS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. CE LAJEADENSE RS were furious when Mauricio Bitxintxo was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to CE LAJEADENSE RS getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Mauricio Bitxintxo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Mauricio Bitxintxo got a free kick in the 48th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zhuo Chao Chuan to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zhuo Chao Chuan came free, but Luis Ibarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Pires charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Theobald Manjon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Américo Díaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as CE LAJEADENSE RS's Zhuo Chao Chuan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luis Ibarra. That made the score 0-6 after 95 minutes of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched CE LAJEADENSE RS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
