In the 30th minute, Tadeusz Siekierka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 31 played minutes FC Saxon got a freekick which was hit by Tadeusz Siekierka. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gustaw Lech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Rudy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 53 minutes, Tadeusz Siekierka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Saxon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeusz Siekierka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gustaw Lech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walery Rudy in the 55th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Antoni Bubczyk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucjan Tscherner. That made the score 1-2 in the 69 minute of play. Karol Gendolla kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. FC Saxon made a substitution. Kryspin Pierz replaced Roland Banaszak. The supporters of Działki Leśne Gdynia booed when FC Saxon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Gendolla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of FC Saxon booed when Działki Leśne Gdynia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Rutkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Działki Leśne Gdynia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Saxon's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Saxon.
