Geovânio de Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Mogel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Chu Liang Ping's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramon George was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guga Capixaba got free with Ramon George in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chu Liang Ping took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramon George. Ramon George dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 16th minute, Ubaldo Mogel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ubaldo Mogel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geovânio de Medeiros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 28th minute Ubaldo Mogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio de Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the ORIZABA F.C. defense, Chu Liang Ping kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramon George. The ORIZABA F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramon George should have stopped the shot. If Ubaldo Mogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Geovânio de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Cristos in the 37th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Guga Capixaba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramon George. ORIZABA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guga Capixaba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 44th minute Ubaldo Mogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio de Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albano Rodriguez kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Chu Liang Ping made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Chu Liang Ping shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon George saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guga Capixaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ramon George tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Chu Liang Ping came free, but Ramon George reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Barcellos Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Eriberto Vidal hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Carolo Cristos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ORIZABA F.C.'s zone, Chu Liang Ping stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon George came out of the goal and Chu Liang Ping tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geovânio de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Cristos, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 76th minute Chu Liang Ping shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon George saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barcellos Mineiro FC's attentive Emerson Souza managed to snatch the ball when Isidoro Xacintu made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. ORIZABA F.C.'s Ramon George played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chu Liang Ping in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chu Liang Ping in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon George prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th match minute, Barcellos Mineiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chu Liang Ping to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Emerson Souza got a free kick in the 89th minute. Geovânio de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Serafo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Isidoro Xacintu made in the 95th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Arturo Serafo immediately put the ball in play. Geovânio de Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Carolo Cristos sent off a good shot on target. Barcellos Mineiro FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
