The supporters of Deportivo Popolizio FBC booed when Hamburg Fighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kilian Gutrath didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Hamburg Fighters getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Corvin Kasik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Popolizio in the 25th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Corvin Kasik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Benschs short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Phelipe Escarza to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute, Jakob Karhoff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute Ciceron Valdivielso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corvin Kasik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Deportivo Popolizio FBC booed when Hamburg Fighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. After the first half Deportivo Popolizio FBC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Berti Stand to strike the kick off in the second half. Fritz Mittrenga's late challenge caught a Deportivo Popolizio FBC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fritz Mittrenga helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hamburg Fighters getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. In the last second Corvin Kasik throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gianluca Popolizio in the 58thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Gianluca Popolizio got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 0-3 in the right cross in the 60th match minute before Corvin Kasik had time to react. After some careless play in the Hamburg Fighters defense, Gianluca Popolizio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corvin Kasik. The Hamburg Fighters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corvin Kasik should have stopped the shot. Gilesindo Colombres's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Corvin Kasik firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 75th match minute, Deportivo Popolizio FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lonzo Corullon to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Bensch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Phelipe Escarza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes, Gilesindo Colombres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Popolizio FBC and the Hamburg Fighters players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81stth minute of the game Mateus Ardines who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hamburg Fighters's Corvin Kasik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Hamburg Fighters's Corvin Kasik got control of the ball when Lonzo Corullon tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Popolizio FBC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
