Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Radomil Redisz kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Corneliu Dragușin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the game, Felix Vărzaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC MCM the free kick. A collision led to ASF BAIA MARE -MM- getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Felix Vărzaru hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Sandu Gheorghiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Remus Vermeşan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugen Lupea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Manuel Tufescu made a huge save. 16 minutes into the match, FC MCM's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Huștiu came free, but Manuel Tufescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Tufescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Huștiu in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Remus Vermeşan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Tufescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Redisz came free, but Rosendo Seguinus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ion Panduru charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ion Panduru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 25 minutes, Radomil Redisz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC MCM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomil Redisz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, FC MCM's goal looked a bit too open when Remus Vermeşan came free, but Manuel Tufescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Radomil Redisz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rosendo Seguinus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Redisz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Huștiu in the 39th minute of play forced FC MCM's goalkeeper Manuel Tufescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Vărzaru kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Rosendo Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Redisz in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remus Vermeşan to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the FC MCM defense, Remus Vermeşan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Tufescu. The FC MCM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Tufescu should have stopped the shot. FC MCM's Allan Clementsson was substituted for Ion Panduru. The throw-in from Eric Ţirpescu in the 66th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC MCM's Mugur Jupâneanu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radomil Redisz in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rosendo Seguinus saved ASF BAIA MARE -MM- from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Radomil Redisz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rosendo Seguinus was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Dacian Mustăcilă hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute of the match Zdzislaw Rekowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Tufescu skillfully saved the ball. After 81 played minutes ASF BAIA MARE -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Felix Vărzaru. Bogdan Agusoaei's late challenge caught a ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bogdan Agusoaei helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Bogdan Agusoaei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Seguinus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Redisz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Rosendo Seguinus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Redisz in the 90th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Radomil Redisz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC MCM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when FC MCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugur Jupâneanu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
