Abuba Akotonon FC's Felix Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blažej Ravanelli in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Wawrzyniec Lewandowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Frans was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Hahay booed when Abuba Akotonon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Quinteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Frans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Alfredo Graciani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aigeus Milionis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Wawrzyniec Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blažej Ravanelli in the 36th minute of play forced Abuba Akotonon FC's goalkeeper Felix Frans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blažej Ravanelli took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felix Frans. Felix Frans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 45 minutes into the match, Hahay's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Herena came free, but Aigeus Milionis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Abuba Akotonon FC were awarded a corner. Miguel Munio went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Abuba Akotonon FC's corner Miguel Munio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aigeus Milionis quite easily take care of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Graciani made a kick off. Aigeus Milionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Graciani in the 55th minute of the match. Ambrosio Haritz hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Blažej Ravanelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hahay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blažej Ravanelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 71st minute, Clemente Herena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Frans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Berenguer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Berenguer came free, but Felix Frans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Frans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Berenguer, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 97th minute, Jurand Madej hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jurand Madej fell near the penalty area in the 99th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hahay's protests and gave Jurand Madej a yellow card for diving instead. Hahay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
