Denis Maule might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thanos Pappageorge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denis Maule ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanos Pappageorge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Eate in the 12th minute of play. Higinio Eate blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thanos Pappageorge having to make a save. In the 18th minute, Higinio Eate got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oktay Akça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Villegas having to interfere. After 22 played minutes らнΛ尺Қら Fㄈ got a freekick which was hit by Thrinakie Latousakis. 25 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's Higinio Eate sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thanos Pappageorge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Higinio Eate had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thanos Pappageorge. らнΛ尺Қら Fㄈ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Higinio Eate was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 30 minutes into the match, Eugenio Chayo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of らнΛ尺Қら Fㄈ's Thanos Pappageorge. Thanos Pappageorge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 33 played minutes Cavaliers FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Urtungo. Guaberto Abalos charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guaberto Abalos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cavaliers FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Guaberto Abalos hit a great ball. Higinio Eate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanos Pappageorge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Eate in the 41st minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oktay Akça was the one to do the kick off. Denis Maule kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Higinio Eate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanos Pappageorge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Eate in the 52nd minute of the match. Higinio Eate blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thanos Pappageorge having to make a save. If Oktay Akça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Serafin Charro in the 63rd minute really tested Thanos Pappageorge's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cavaliers FC's Gerardo Cuenca was substituted for Serafin Charro. 75 minutes into the game, Higinio Eate cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Thanos Pappageorge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guaberto Abalos hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Thanos Pappageorge made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Salvador Gonzalez sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Salvador Gonzalez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavaliers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Gonzalez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thanos Pappageorge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cavaliers FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
