The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Peyo Kaadekilde made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Chico Dias sent off a good shot on target. Enrique Ferreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Peyo Kaadekilde made a huge save. After 9 played minutes Valentin Beckeman rounded La Banda del Tinto's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Peyo Kaadekilde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Beckeman in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Valentin Beckeman notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of La Banda del Tinto's Peyo Kaadekilde. Peyo Kaadekilde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the game, Gabriel Jacobsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. La Banda del Tinto's Celedonio Bernebe quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. La Banda del Tinto's Peyo Kaadekilde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save La Banda del Tinto from getting a goal against them. Daniel Waselewicz came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Peyo Kaadekilde could save by the left post. Peyo Kaadekilde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Beckeman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peyo Kaadekilde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Beckeman in the 42nd minute of play. Celedonio Bernebe kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Daniel Waselewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Peyo Kaadekilde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Naldo Paiva to make the kick off. Naldo Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gottfrid Haström having to interfere. After 53 played minutes La Banda del Tinto got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Berriotxoa. 54 minutes into the match, Valentin Beckeman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peyo Kaadekilde. La Banda del Tinto's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Beckeman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Peyo Kaadekilde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Ferreira in the 58th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Valentin Beckeman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peyo Kaadekilde was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. La Banda del Tinto's Celedonio Bernebe managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gabriel Jacobsson in the 68 minute of the game. Sigvard Vase scored 5-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gottfrid Haström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pihl United's Shea Caballero was substituted for Enrique Ferreira. In the 76th minute, Valentin Beckeman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pihl United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Waselewicz in the 82nd minute of play forced La Banda del Tinto's goalkeeper Peyo Kaadekilde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naldo Paiva in the 83rd minute of play forced Pihl United's goalkeeper Gottfrid Haström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentin Beckeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peyo Kaadekilde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shea Caballero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, La Banda del Tinto's Celedonio Bernebe got a free kick in the 94th minute.
