After some careless play in the bullfinches defense, Adriano Soares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nistor Sfetcu. The bullfinches fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nistor Sfetcu should have stopped the shot. bullfinches's Nistor Sfetcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdir Peres in the 17th minute of play. Nistor Sfetcu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Soares went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 25 played minutes bullfinches got a freekick which was hit by Ionică Mihaiu. 26 minutes into the game, TAQUARI FC's Bruninho Silva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nistor Sfetcu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Sílvio Zonta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mihnea Tomoiu in the 30th minute. bullfinches's Nistor Sfetcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruninho Silva in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Victor Gugulanu made a precise shot to the right of Sílvio Zonta. TAQUARI FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Edgar Ţopescu hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Adriano Soares notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of bullfinches's Nistor Sfetcu. Nistor Sfetcu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute Adriano Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Sfetcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adriano Soares to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valeriu Dărăscu during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sílvio Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihnea Tomoiu in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of bullfinches booed when TAQUARI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, TAQUARI FC's Augusto Ramos got a free kick in the 66th minute. Sílvio Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Gugulanu in the 67th minute of the match. Sílvio Zonta came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by bullfinches's Victor Gugulanu. But to his dismay, Victor Gugulanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-5. In a very dangerous position, a player in bullfinches fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Nistor Sfetcu, was totally fooled by TAQUARI FC's Felipe Munhoz, who 72 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 75th minute Adriano Soares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Sfetcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes, Victor Gugulanu made it 5-6 with a short kick to the right side. TAQUARI FC's Sílvio Zonta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to TAQUARI FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Felipe Queiroz hit a great ball. Sílvio Zonta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Gugulanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Nistor Sfetcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Mihnea Tomoiu notched a goal, 6-6, to the right of TAQUARI FC's Sílvio Zonta. Sílvio Zonta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
