The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 10 minutes, Henrik Larsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Decathlon Dudes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrik Larsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Decathlon Dudes's Henrik Larsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Francisco Tinoco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 21st minute, Henrik Larsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Francisco Tinoco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 27th minute, Henrik Larsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Harold Tronconi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grêmio RK75's supporters rose to their feet, but Harold Tronconi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadej Pogačar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Grêmio RK75 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Markus Paul Hattermann didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Francisco Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthon Melin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Francisco Tinoco came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Decathlon Dudes's Henrik Larsson. But to his dismay, Henrik Larsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Rodrigo Abraão hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harold Tronconi made a kick off. Decathlon Dudes's Dylan van Baarle managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rodrigo Abraão in the 51 minute of the game. João Francisco Tinoco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. João Francisco Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Larsson in the 55th minute of play. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Rodrigo Abraão with Rodrigo Abraão as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 65th minute, Harold Tronconi made a precise shot to the right of Tadej Pogačar. Decathlon Dudes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Decathlon Dudes were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Grêmio RK75's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Costin Moisil took the corner. Decathlon Dudes's Costin Moisil was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but João Francisco Tinoco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 79 minutes into the match, Decathlon Dudes's Timo Venema sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Francisco Tinoco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Harold Tronconi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadej Pogačar. Decathlon Dudes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harold Tronconi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Mauro Mendebal hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Harold Tronconi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadej Pogačar. Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tadej Pogačar came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio RK75's Kaká Brasil. But to his dismay, Kaká Brasil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Grêmio RK75's João Francisco Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Larsson in the 95th minute of play.
