CSD Concepción's Emanuel Podgoreanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save CSD Concepción from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Podgoreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Kling, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Ronnie Hellström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Antonio Amenábar in the 88th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Lucero De la Sotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Hellström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronnie Hellström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucero De la Sotta went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Lucero De la Sotta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronnie Hellström having to interfere. The Gnaget United FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CSD Concepción's performance. The match ended with a win for CSD Concepción.
