Orrefors's Marko Bergkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boni Yarman in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Boni Yarman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marko Bergkvist. Orrefors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boni Yarman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After some careless play in the Orrefors defense, Petros Mousa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marko Bergkvist. The Orrefors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marko Bergkvist should have stopped the shot. Stig Hultin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Romulo Gelacio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Orrefors's goal looked a bit too open when Petros Mousa came free, but Marko Bergkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marko Bergkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from He Qiang in the 35th minute of play. He Qiang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marko Bergkvist having to interfere. Norberto Fresco took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marko Bergkvist. Marko Bergkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. When Boni Yarman came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boni Yarman couldn't finish the play. 倪桦正's late challenge caught a INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 倪桦正 helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB booed when Orrefors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. 倪桦正 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Petros Mousa notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Orrefors's Marko Bergkvist. Marko Bergkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig Hultin to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Orrefors's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Petros Mousa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 59th minute, Petros Mousa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marko Bergkvist. The goal made the score 0-6. In the 61st minute, Petros Mousa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Orrefors's Marko Bergkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Orrefors from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boni Yarman in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marko Bergkvist saved Orrefors from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Petros Mousa took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Marko Bergkvist to make any attempt to save it. Orrefors's Einar Hylander was substituted for Andréas Edström. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Orrefors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Norberto Fresco was slow to take the kick. During this time INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's players had a chance to rest. Luis Advíncula made a great header on INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's corner, it was just that Orrefors's Marko Bergkvist managed to reach the ball for a save. Marko Bergkvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Norberto Fresco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 88 minute of play. The Orrefors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
