When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Asrın Acunalp put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Leon Mosiniak. 70 minutes into the match, Kryspin Oryniak notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of the Red Devils's Sören Glanselius. After a rather tough play, the Red Devils's Özer Üngörmüş got a free kick in the 94th minute. Mario gool were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
