The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomiro Clementi got free with Angelo Urtsua in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Angelo Urtsua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Géza Fodor, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Werner Kamps came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Caballeritos del Baile's Jairo Deunoro. But to his dismay, Jairo Deunoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 26th minute of the match, Géza Fodor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Angelo Urtsua saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 29th minute Géza Fodor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Urtsua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Arnolds in the 32nd minute of play forced Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Angelo Urtsua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Bierunese booed when Caballeritos del Baile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Deunoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Urtsua made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Kevin Arnolds sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute Kevin Arnolds shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Urtsua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Urtsua stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Géza Fodor's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 48thth minute of the game Jairo Deunoro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bierunese's Werner Kamps was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Kevin Arnolds made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Rene Crescencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the game, Bierunese's Baldomiro Clementi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Urtsua made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When Rene Crescencio fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caballeritos del Baile's protests and gave Rene Crescencio a yellow card for diving instead. Rene Crescencio kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Angelo Urtsua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Géza Fodor in the 68th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Jairo Deunoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caballeritos del Baile's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Deunoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Werner Kamps breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelo Urtsua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 minutes Caballeritos del Baile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Arnolds who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Arnolds in the 75th minute of play forced Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Angelo Urtsua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Géza Fodor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Urtsua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 minutes Caballeritos del Baile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Arnolds who took care of the corner kick. 83 minutes into the match, Bierunese's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Deunoro came free, but Werner Kamps reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Deunoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Werner Kamps made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Deunoro in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Géza Fodor in the 88th minute of play forced Caballeritos del Baile's goalkeeper Angelo Urtsua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Matei hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute Géza Fodor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Urtsua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Géza Fodor took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Urtsua. Angelo Urtsua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1.
