Fiori Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Roger, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th match minute, Aero Björndalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottfrid Adelsköld to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atak Sehriyar in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Donato prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Aero Björndalen's Karl-Ove Elg got a free kick in the 91st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Africano got free with Bruno Donato in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alvinegro Carioca played a much better game than Aero Björndalen and deserved their victory. The Aero Björndalen players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
