With a couple of smart ball manuevers Preslav Famparski in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregor Kobel saved Espen Steelers from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Espen Steelers's Federico Abud got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute of the match THE CLUB got a corner. Espen Steelers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carmine Mancinelli ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gregor Kobel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mincho Robledo's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When Espen Steelers's Rogelio Montez in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye THE CLUB's goalie prevented a goal. In the 29th minute Preslav Famparski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor Kobel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leocadio Hebia might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gregor Kobel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leocadio Hebia ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the match, Alain Berset had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guo Ling Nan. THE CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alain Berset was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mincho Robledos short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Gregor Kobel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 42nd match minute, Espen Steelers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torben Krabber to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, Espen Steelers's goalkeeper Gregor Kobel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mincho Robledo. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Mincho Robledo made the kick off in the second half. Alain Berset in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guo Ling Nan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gregor Kobel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mincho Robledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Nino Schurter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guo Ling Nan having to interfere. Leocadio Hebia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregor Kobel having to interfere. Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dancho Chochov in the 65th minute of play. Gregor Kobel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Preslav Famparski in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Espen Steelers getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Federico Abud hit a great ball. Espen Steelers's Stan Wawrinka was substituted for Rogelio Montez. 70 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's Carmine Mancinelli broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Espen Steelers's Tobie Canclini was substituted for Ingo Minder. Guo Ling Nan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alain Berset's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Leocadio Hebia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Renatinho Severo hit a great ball. After 83 minutes of play, THE CLUB's Mincho Robledo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregor Kobel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Espen Steelers's Alain Berset got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guo Ling Nan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alain Berset in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Alain Berset came free, but Guo Ling Nan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Espen Steelers's goal looked a bit too open when Dancho Chochov came free, but Gregor Kobel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gregor Kobel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Preslav Famparski in the 91st minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. THE CLUB had played much better football throughout.
