Dawid Kania hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Orxata I Fartons's zone, Eustaquio Mede stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janich Sodborg came out of the goal and Eustaquio Mede tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dawid Kania, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Club Universidad Nacional's Arnoud de Pelsmakere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Kania in the 29th minute of play. Janich Sodborg made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Steffen Gimlinge sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th match minute, Orxata I Fartons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Divock Origi to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Steffen Gimlinge in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Janich Sodborg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 李永乐 á Bø hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dawid Kania to strike the kick off in the second half. Orxata I Fartons made a substitution. Donatello Estrada replaced Al Lofthouse. Club Universidad Nacional's attentive Ziyäddin Cabbarov managed to snatch the ball when Batista Rosio made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. Steffen Gimlinge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janich Sodborg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Orxata I Fartons's Janich Sodborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steffen Gimlinge in the 70th minute of play. Arnoud de Pelsmakere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zarando Manrique in the 73rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Club Universidad Nacional's Arnoud de Pelsmakere got control of the ball when René Alabern tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zarando Manrique sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 80 minutes into the match, Club Universidad Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Zarando Manrique came free, but Arnoud de Pelsmakere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orxata I Fartons's Janich Sodborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steffen Gimlinge in the 85th minute of play. Club Universidad Nacional's Feliciano Frans was substituted for Steffen Gimlinge. Club Universidad Nacional were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Orxata I Fartons's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eustaquio Mede took the corner. Janich Sodborg came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Universidad Nacional's Wladimir Herrera. But to his dismay, Wladimir Herrera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 91 minutes into the match, Orxata I Fartons's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Nesto came free, but Janich Sodborg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donatello Estrada hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute of the match Eustaquio Mede shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Janich Sodborg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Janich Sodborg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Nesto in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club Universidad Nacional had won after a very even match.
