Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gaspar Mateo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ramiro Jerano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rúben Trigueiro having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jequi's Zé Roberto Ceresso got a free kick in the 16th minute. Rúben Trigueiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Jerano, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Gaspar Mateo took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rúben Trigueiro. Rúben Trigueiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jequi's goalkeeper Rúben Trigueiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Falcão Macedo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Rúben Trigueiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Jerano, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The supporters of Villa Mitre booed when Jequi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benê Gonçalves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rúben Trigueiro. Jequi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Villa Mitre booed when Jequi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaspar Mateo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Admon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rúben Trigueiro having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Gaspar Mateo put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Rúben Trigueiro. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
53 minutes into the game, Zé Roberto Ceresso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Virgilio Sotil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 66 minutes into the game, Villa Mitre's Ramiro Jerano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rúben Trigueiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. When Benê Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Villa Mitre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benê Gonçalves couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, João Pedro Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jequi's supporters rose to their feet, but João Pedro Prata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Sotil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Ramiro Jerano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute of the match Benê Gonçalves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rúben Trigueiro skillfully saved the ball. After 86 played minutes Jequi got a freekick which was hit by Falcão Macedo. Rúben Trigueiro made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Gaspar Mateo sent off a good shot on target. After 90 played minutes Jequi got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Marques. In the 91st minute of the match, Gaspar Mateo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rúben Trigueiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ramiro Jerano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Villa Mitre's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
