A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Maurício Donatello hit a great ball. Eulalio Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Lara in the 7th minute of the match. Borys Gruchacz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guilherme Basso's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Guilherme Basso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Borys Gruchacz having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulisses Andrade in the 15th minute of play forced Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Borys Gruchacz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes in the game James Bom did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ulisses Andrade. In the 24th minute of the match, Aietes Rigatos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Borys Gruchacz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 28 minutes in the game Aquilino Gonchan did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Guilherme Basso. After a defensive mix-up in Soldados De Román's zone, Mané Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eulalio Urbasa came out of the goal and Mané Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guilherme Basso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Borys Gruchacz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Eulalio Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didi Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Eulalio Urbasa came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Joinville United - FSCMZ's Didi Cardozo. But to his dismay, Didi Cardozo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Eulalio Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Perfecto in the 45th minute of play. Eulalio Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mané Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guilherme Basso to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Maurício Donatello got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 61stth minute of the game Guilherme Basso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joinville United - FSCMZ made a substitution. Yang Hui Wen replaced Mané Lara. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Lennart Khan was substituted for Didi Cardozo. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Joaquin Ioritz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Filiberto Henric in the 70 minute of the game. Lennart Khan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 71st playminute. Benicio Onbera kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Joinville United - FSCMZ booed when Soldados De Román was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damien Bakker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eulalio Urbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yang Hui Wen in the 82nd minute of play. Lennart Khan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Eulalio Urbasa made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yang Hui Wen in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eulalio Urbasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Soldados De Román were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Joinville United - FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ulisses Andrade took the corner. 92 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Basso came free, but Borys Gruchacz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Benicio Onbera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prospero Perfecto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eulalio Urbasa. Soldados De Román's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Joinville United - FSCMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
