Jereba 4EVER's Enio Linares shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Christof Deroek but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, Selebi-Phikwe's Rubinho de Castro got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Cláudio Toledo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geovani Sanches blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christof Deroek having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, Selebi-Phikwe's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Sanches came free, but Christof Deroek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Sanches in the 23rd minute of play forced Selebi-Phikwe's goalkeeper Christof Deroek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maicon Trevisan came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden. But to his dismay, Johnathan Bowden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jereba 4EVER's Benê Sergipano was substituted for Cláudio Toledo. When Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jereba 4EVER's goalie prevented a goal. Geovani Sanches's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christof Deroek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play.

Jereba 4EVER's Dito Quirino was substituted for Geovani Sanches. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johnathan Bowden made a kick off. Christof Deroek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dito Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute João Pedro Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christof Deroek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johnathan Bowden in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maicon Trevisan saved Jereba 4EVER from getting behind. Selebi-Phikwe were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Jereba 4EVER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Johnathan Bowden took the corner. Johnathan Bowden made a great header on Selebi-Phikwe's corner, it was just that Jereba 4EVER's Maicon Trevisan managed to reach the ball for a save. Maicon Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnathan Bowden, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute of the match Selebi-Phikwe got a corner. Jereba 4EVER's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Johnathan Bowden ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 61 minutes of play, Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maicon Trevisan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maicon Trevisan was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Johnathan Bowden capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Johnathan Bowden really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. 70 minutes into the match, Jereba 4EVER's Dito Quirino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christof Deroek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jereba 4EVER's Maicon Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafik Oliwa in the 72nd minute of play. Jereba 4EVER's Maicon Trevisan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Jereba 4EVER from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Jereba 4EVER getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Sandrinho Sabóia hit a great ball. Maicon Trevisan made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Johnathan Bowden sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Maicon Trevisan managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Selebi-Phikwe's Johnathan Bowden fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dito Quirino in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christof Deroek prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Selebi-Phikwe walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
