An unexpectedly hard shot by Santi Gavilanes in the 9th minute of play forced MARTINETA's goalkeeper Bartolo Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, MARTINETA's goal looked a bit too open when Reinaldo Freitas came free, but Bartolo Beliran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bartolo Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Freitas in the 16th minute of the match. Javier Abin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Cesaro in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, ...Pingue S.C....'s Javier Abin got control of the ball when Carlos Cesaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Marian Tuliszewski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in MARTINETA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! MARTINETA:s Bartolo Beliran showed great skill when he stopped Santi Gavilanes:s penalty. Reinaldo Freitas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Bartolo Beliran made a huge save. Bartolo Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinaldo Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albino Eliu struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Javier Abin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MARTINETA. ...Pingue S.C....'s Díaz Principe was substituted for Santi Gavilanes. In the 80th match minute, MARTINETA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrey Atamanenko to maneuver through the defense.
