An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatin Ibrahimović in the 8th minute of play forced Yala's goalkeeper Prudencio Lluciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Yala's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima came free, but Prudencio Lluciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Yala's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Radowit Mondrowski was slow to take the kick. During this time Modlau's players had a chance to rest. After 15 minutes, Tymoteusz Gdaniec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Modlau and the Yala players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Modlau getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tymoteusz Gdaniec hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Yala defense, Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prudencio Lluciano. The Yala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prudencio Lluciano should have stopped the shot. Prudencio Lluciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima in the 25th minute of play. Modlau were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Yala's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radowit Mondrowski took the corner. Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Prudencio Lluciano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zlatin Ibrahimović went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Prudencio Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Yala's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Smolarek came free, but Prudencio Lluciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Modlau getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Roman Ranowiecki hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Zlatin Ibrahimović sped through Yala's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Prudencio Lluciano. The Yala players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Modlau were winning 1-3.

Lucjan Rosiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Modlau's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Aurken came free, but Lukasz Traczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Yala's goalkeeper Prudencio Lluciano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima. Modlau made a substitution. Kelaino Mbappè replaced Fabian Smolarek. Zlatin Ibrahimović struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Prudencio Lluciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Modlau. A collision led to Yala getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Teo Gau hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Yala's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zlatin Ibrahimović fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Yala's Prudencio Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatin Ibrahimović in the 87th minute of play. Kelaino Mbappè fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Lluciano having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Modlau's Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Prudencio Lluciano. Prudencio Lluciano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5. Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Modlau played a much better game than Yala and deserved their victory. The Yala players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
