Ter Stegen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hristofor Stanilov, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Hristofor Stanilov came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Victorero ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ter Stegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miro Ivanov in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes ®G6®Red scorpion got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Victorero. Adrian Victorero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Ter Stegen made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torrey Molloy in the 45th minute of play forced ®G6®Red scorpion's goalkeeper Ercole Carbonaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miro Ivanov to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Çakabey Sirer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ercole Carbonaro was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, 1948 MKS's Beagan Colwell got a free kick in the 61st minute. 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hristofor Stanilov in the 67th minute of play. In the 74th minute Carnero Bruñon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Çakabey Sirer took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Ercole Carbonaro to make any attempt to save it. In the 79th minute Miro Ivanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carnero Bruñon in the 83rd minute of play forced 1948 MKS's goalkeeper Ter Stegen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Fábio Salgueiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
