After 10 played minutes Mellinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Edmílson de Toledo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Mirande in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adhemar Tande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cayetano Rufio charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cayetano Rufio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fabricio Laurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernani Trigo in the 16th minute of the match. Teofilo Mirande struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Adhemar Tande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pancete CF. A collision led to Mellinho FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Edmílson de Toledo hit a great ball. If Ignacio Veto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeu de Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Laurin having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Teofilo Mirande cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Adhemar Tande was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ignacio Veto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Adhemar Tande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Ferran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pancete CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mellinho FC the free kick. In the 43rd minute, Geovanni Marquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabricio Laurin made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Erasmo Paiva sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teofilo Mirande made a kick off. Teofilo Mirandes short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Adhemar Tande to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pancete CF's Fabricio Laurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmílson de Toledo in the 60th minute of play. Teofilo Mirande who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Adhemar Tande when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fabricio Laurin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Edmílson de Toledo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Pancete CF's Fabricio Laurin. Fabricio Laurin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adhemar Tande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Rufio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Pancete CF's goal looked a bit too open when Hernani Trigo came free, but Fabricio Laurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ignacio Veto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabricio Laurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmílson de Toledo in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute Hernani Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Laurin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cayetano Rufio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adhemar Tande. Mellinho FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
