Nikos Prattis made in the 14th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Denílson Lopes immediately put the ball in play. In the 17th minute Denílson Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicky Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes OS IMPOSSIVEIS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brian Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Brian Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicky Williamson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Marquinhos Filho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicky Williamson was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Montenegro came free, but Nicky Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Cássio Corinth made a huge save. The corner ended in Lucas Lopez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A Gryffindor's Cássio Corinth did a great save. Valdomiro Seco made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Witold Gotfryd immediately put the ball in play. C.A Gryffindor's Cássio Corinth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save C.A Gryffindor from getting a goal against them. After 45 played minutes C.A Gryffindor got a freekick which was hit by Brian Montenegro. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A sloppy throw-in by Vedillo Quijano in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Paulo Cardozo. In the 51st minute Brian Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicky Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian Montenegro got free with Nicky Williamson in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Witold Gotfryd blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cássio Corinth having to make a save. Brian Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Nicky Williamson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save OS IMPOSSIVEIS from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Montenegro came free, but Nicky Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.A Gryffindor's Cássio Corinth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Gotfryd in the 70th minute of play. Nicky Williamson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brian Montenegro in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Witold Gotfryd in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cássio Corinth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. C.A Gryffindor made a substitution. Dennis Bergkamp replaced Brian Montenegro. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A Gryffindor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Lopez was slow to take the kick. During this time OS IMPOSSIVEIS's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Tião Messias got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute of the match C.A Gryffindor got a corner. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The OS IMPOSSIVEIS fans cheered their team off the field, for while C.A Gryffindor had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
