Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Camilo Galeas kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Club Deportivo Águila getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Camilo Galeas hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alberto Pineda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Peña. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Leopoldo Carranza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Peña having to interfere. Leopoldo Carranza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ricardo Peña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Carranza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ricardo Peña, 2-0. Ricardo Peña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Carranza in the 23rd minute of play. Alberto Pineda scored 3-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Peña, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st play minute Alberto Pineda came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ricardo Peña. 4-0. 34 minutes into the game, Nelson Hernández threw the ball into play from the sideline. U21 El Salvador's Douglas Molina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 35th minute Leopoldo Carranza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Peña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With splendid footwork Leopoldo Carranza arrived in front of goal to shoot 5-0 by the left pole in the game's 39th minute. Ricardo Peña didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 6-0. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Águila's Ricardo Peña got control of the ball when Alberto Pineda tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leopoldo Carranza to strike the kick off in the second half. Alberto Pineda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Ricardo Peña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, U21 El Salvador's Alberto Pineda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Peña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. After some careless play in the Club Deportivo Águila defense, Efren Díaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Peña. The Club Deportivo Águila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Peña should have stopped the shot. Jorge Leiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Peña having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Jorge Leiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angel Hurtado struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Ricardo Peña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 El Salvador. After 78 minutes of play, U21 El Salvador's Jorge Leiva made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Peña was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 82 minutes, Jorge Leiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Leiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Águila's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Leiva came free, but Ricardo Peña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. U21 El Salvador's Douglas Molina suffered a concussion in the 88th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 88 minutes into the game, Esteban Pérez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportivo Águila's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U21 El Salvador the free kick. A collision led to Club Deportivo Águila getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Esteban Pérez hit a great ball. U21 El Salvador's Salvadore Maldini couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Club Deportivo Águila. U21 El Salvador's attentive Libardo Fuentes managed to snatch the ball when Nelson Hernández made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. In the 96th minute Jorge Leiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Peña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. U21 El Salvador fully deserved thier win.
