Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haluk Songur in the 34th minute of play. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ferry Porsche sped through Hermanö Oilers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oskar Haeger. Oskar Haeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haluk Songur in the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Hermanö Oilers's Harel Minsky was substituted for Bror Lilja. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Haluk Songur to strike the kick off in the second half. Oskar Haeger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferry Porsche, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 95thth minute of the game Ferry Porsche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
